Make sure the Layout does not say 'Paid'  or in Daily Balance File, the date is not more than 7 days old.  If you Are in Repair Orders File or Repair Orders Parts File, even if the RO is NOT paid, try going to the previous record or next record, then back to the record you want to be in, sometimes computers get goofed up (hey, they're only human!).
